Too many cancelled appointments that it’s not a reliable place to book a massage. It’s understandable that things happen, but 6 cancelled appointments is a bit much and the turnover of therapists seems to be increasing. I was offered a free 30 min upgrade on my next appointment twice, but of course my next booked 90 min massage was cancelled hours before the scheduled time. If you want a walk in appointment I’m sure it would be fine, but if you schedule in advance there’s a good chance it gets cancelled.
